1. How to request account deletion

If you want to delete your Surgeon Search account, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to surgeonsearch25@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Surgeon Search account.
  2. Mention the email ID or phone number used in the app.
  3. Our team will verify the request and delete your account within 7 days.
  4. Alternatively, you can request deletion from Profile > Delete Account.

2. What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed from our systems:

  • Profile details
  • Uploaded content
  • Interactions made inside the app
  • Usage logs tied to your identity

3. What data may be retained

Some data may be kept for a short period as required by security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations:

  • Transaction logs
  • System-level activity records
  • Data required by law (if any)

We keep this data for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is permanently removed.

4. Irreversibility

After deletion, your account and data can’t be restored.
You’ll need to create a new account if you want to use Surgeon Search again.
