1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Users can cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as late cancellations, and the consultation fee may be forfeited.

2. Hospital or Service Provider Cancellations

If the hospital, doctor, or service provider cancels the appointment, users are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule, based on their preference.

In cases of repeated cancellations by the provider, users may request priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only if:

  • The user cancels within the allowed window.
  • The appointment was prepaid and not utilized.
  • The provider cancels or is unavailable.
  • Duplicate payments or system errors occur.

4. Refund Process

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time:
    • 3–7 business days for UPI, cards, and net banking
    • Up to 10 business days for certain banks
  • Once initiated, users will receive an email/SMS confirmation.

5. No-show Policy

  • If the user does not attend the appointment and provides no prior cancellation request, the payment will not be refunded.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed after a no-show.

6. Rescheduling

  • Users can reschedule once at no extra charge if done at least 12 hours before the appointment time.
  • Multiple reschedules may attract a small service fee.

7. Emergency Exceptions

In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen issues (hospital delays, doctor unavailability, system failures), the platform may offer:

  • Full refunds
  • Free rescheduling
  • Priority slots
